1 The table method of cam synchronization
When the embroidery machine is repaired, it is inevitable that the cam will be synchronized with the meter. How to correctly print the meter and determine the degree of thread hooking time is very important. Dial indicator is a high-precision measuring tool. It can only measure relative values, not absolute values. It is mainly used to detect the shape and position errors of the workpiece (such as roundness, flatness, perpendicularity, runout, etc.) , Its measurement accuracy is 0.01 mm.
Simple, accurate and quick method of cam synchronization: first align the pointer of the machine with the dial between 172º and 173º (this step is more critical), and then wrap several layers of cloth on the main shaft, mainly to prevent it from being caused by strong pliers Scratches on the spindle surface. Align the degree and clamp the spindle with strong pliers to prevent the spindle from rotating, fix the position of the pliers, and then use a dial indicator to hit the bottom dead center of each machine head.
The specific method: Use the dial indicator measuring rod against the plastic body of the lower section of the drive block, turn the eccentric cam in the forward and reverse directions with your hand, and repeatedly see the indicator of the dial indicator pointing to the bottom dead center of the slider, tighten the eccentric cam tightly. Set screws, according to the method can adjust other heads. Then adjust the position of the encoder to 100º, so that the hooking time degree is between 196º~198º. If the quilting embroidery machine is embroidering thick materials, the needle bar can be lowered to 200º, so that most stitches will not skip stitches when hooking.

2 Maintenance of the trimming part
The thread trimming action angle of embroidery machine is between 285º~286º, and some of them can set the trimming action angle and the trimming length and thread hooking ratio. Now introduce a simple method of adjusting the thread trimming cam, which is the most commonly used method when repairing the trimming part.
Specific adjustment method: stop the machine at 100º, hold the trimming electromagnet up with your hand, just when the trimming pendulum pin enters the position with the lowest arc of the trimming cam groove, this is the best position for the installation of the trimming cam, tighten The thread trimming cam screw can control the length of the trimming head by moving the position of the trimming cam forward and backward.
Note that when the thread trimming lever pin enters the trimming cam groove, there must be a gap between the pins in the groove to prevent the pin from jamming in the groove when trimming the thread. The principle of the embroidery electromechanical magnet thread trimming mechanism is the same as that of the computer lockstitch sewing machine. If some machine heads are found to be poorly trimmed, check whether the position of the moving knife is too large and whether the moving and fixed knife edges are worn. It is worth noting that the position of the trimming cam should not be changed under normal circumstances, and can only be changed when most of the machine heads are poorly trimmed and overhauled.
