How to deal with the color change of the computerized embroidery machine
1. Check whether the connector on the needle position detection board of the embroidery machine is firmly connected, and replace the damaged ferrule if the ferrule is damaged;

2. Observe whether the half-turn indicator on the needle position detection board is on, if it is not, measure the DC 12V switching power supply, if there is no output, replace the switching power supply;

3. Open the cover of the needle position detection board to see if the mechanical part is normal. If it is abnormal, adjust the mechanical part;

4. If the problem listed in item 3 still exists after replacing the needle position detection board, the main control board is faulty, replace the main control board;

5. Use the handle to turn the color-changing motor and linkage mechanism to observe whether the needle position indicator light changes accordingly. If it does not display, or some positions are displayed, some positions are not displayed, the needle position detection board is faulty, and the needle position detection board is replaced;

6. Check whether the 12V power supply of the needle position detection board is normal. If the embroidery machine is abnormal, repair or replace the DC power supply.
