There are two main problems with short thread trimming on computerized embroidery machines: short thread trimming upper thread and short thread trimming bottom thread. The first thing to note is that the selection of needles for computerized embroidery machines. Embroidery is a key factor for embroidery. If you choose an inappropriate needle, it will cause thread breakage or needle breakage, which will greatly affect the efficiency of the embroidery factory loss.

 

 

The following are only targeted troubleshooting ideas:

 

A. The length of the short upper thread for trimming the upper thread is closely related to the tension of the thread take-up spring and the adjustment of the thread path. If the thread path is tight and the tension of the thread take-up spring, the trimming upper thread will be short. Adjust in the following ways:

(1) Check the thread path, and the thread take-up spring and knob should not be too tight;

(2) Adjust the height of the thread buckle fork, the higher the pitch will make the upper thread longer. This idea is often effective in actual maintenance


(3) Adjust the parameters, the opening angle, the larger the closing angle, the longer the face line.

 

 


B. Short cut bottom line

(1) Check the cutting depth, the shallower the cutting depth, the shorter the bottom line;

(2) Check whether the thread buckle fork is fastened too tightly. The proper tension of the bottom thread is: After the thread buckle fork is buckled, the bottom thread can be pulled by hand;

(3) Adjust the parameters, the opening angle, the larger the closing angle, the longer the face line.

 

 

 

 

The problem of continuous thread cutting on computerized embroidery machine:

First of all, you should try some conventional troubleshooting solutions, such as checking whether there is a problem with the scissors, whether there is a problem with the position of the scissors, whether there is a problem with the thread insertion, whether there is a problem with the hook knife, etc. In addition, you can also try to tighten the cloth embroidery thread and realign the hook.


(1) Check the depth of the combined knife, the combined knife is too shallow to cut the thread;

(2) Change the parameters of the computerized embroidery machine and check whether the line dividing angle is between 310-315;

In addition, there are some special reasons that can also lead to disconnection, even room temperature. Sometimes when the weather is overheated, the needle is locked during the thread trimming action and cannot go down. The solenoid valve for locking the needle moves twice in succession, which makes it impossible to cut the upper thread. In short, the main reasons for cutting the thread are mechanical and electronic. The mechanical side is mainly because the scissors are not tightly opened and closed. For the electronic control, if the buckle wire has insufficient capacitance and the buckle wire is not tight, it will also cause the thread to be cut.
